  • ✅ Log everything and stay within my calories for the day ✅ Do some kind of purposeful movement. Going to White water today so totally going to do some movement and with all those extra calories I’ll definitely be in my range.

  • That’s totally my problem. I will eat the whole block if I don’t weight it and then put the rest up! It can’t even be out when I’m cooking cause I’ll just snack on it. I wish I could think of crazy things to throw into a waffle maker. All of those things look amazing.
  • Cheese is a tricky thing. I always do weight on it cause measure cups can be hugely inaccurate. If you weight there is no guess work as to how much goes in. Cheese is so high calorie and so amazing that I can easily go over my calories by eyeballing it
  • I have no clue. I have quite a bit of overhang skin on my midsection. It feel like 100 lbs but I’m sure it’s only 2-5. They do a little lipo as well during that surgery too so hopefully it will tone it up. I want to be bikini ready!

  • Reading all these was eye opening. Lol. I scarfed down a quick hot dog in between duties at my cubscout blue and gold party. Great for lower calories for the day not great for the super low calories for the day (I was at well under 1000). Can’t make that a habit but I was super busy and after I got home I crashed.
  • I have a lot of extra skin but I 100% am getting some of it removed. My arms don’t bother me as much as my thighs and of course my stomach area. I have to be at 174 before the plastic surgeon will meet with me and I would like to be around 150 before the surgery.

  • This is my thread for October. I did get on Zyban. It didn’t do anything really for weight loss or gain. Have only had 3 very small slip ups that were entirely stress induced and I chose to have a cigarette instead of killing my husband. Still losing weight but at a slooooooow pace since I only have 16 more lbs to loose.

  • I am preparing for my high calorie birthday weekend at Universal Studios. So tonight was a grilled hamburger patty and some beans. Hit my goal for the day. Going to try real hard for tomorrow too. My mom is bringing me perogies for lunch (my favorite!) so it’s a super light dinner tomorrow night!

  • Let me say I have lost all my weight eating convince foods for the most part. We do lots of take out. And if it isn’t take out then it’s super easy meals that I throw in the oven out of the freezer section. If it fits then so be it!

  • I had rotisserie chicken enchiladas for dinner last night. Amazing! And only 450 calories. I love Mexican food and I love a diet that I can eat what I want as long as it fits.

  • Scale today said my lowest weight so far. 189! So close but yet so far! I have also decided that I am going to push my goal back 10lbs. My original goal was 174 it that is the highest weight I can be and be in a normal BMI. I need some wiggle room so 165 it is.
