As a freshman in college, i’ve gained a good deal of weight, so i am hoping to lose some in a healthy way. More than that though, i want to fuel my body well and love it where it is at right now. I’ve definitely fallen wayyy off of running. I keep thinking life will slow down but it hasn’t

Didn’t have time to run yesterday. Hoping to get a short run in today, probably on my elliptical since I won’t have time until pretty late

I’m back for a new month! February was a bad month for me overall, but I want to give it a good go this month! The stresses of college really caught up to me and my body, so I’m looking forward to getting back into shape My goal for this month is to go 15 miles on runs/walks/hikes while also improving my diet

It’s been super cold, snowy, and icy here for days, so I haven’t been able to run outside. Yesterday I ran on my elliptical for 25 minutes though

I’m a couple days late, but I’m back for another month! I haven’t been feeling much motivation to get up and moving since I’m so busy with college, so my goal for this month is to consistently run and workout

I was really busy on Friday and Saturday, so I didn’t check in at all, but on Friday I ran on the elliptical for half an hour. I’m excited to get back to outdoor running this week hopefully

I’ve been really busy with college starting back up this week, but I finally got some exercise in today! I ran on the elliptical for almost 20 minutes while I watched a pre-recorded lecture for class.

I went on a nice snowy run today. I went a total of 2.42 miles and 1.03 of them were running. I wanted to run more, but the uneven snow was aggravating an old injury. I tore two ligaments in my ankle in 2018 (I think I did it the year before that too but it didn’t get officially diagnosed) and my ankle continues to act up…

Today I ran and walked! My total distance was over 3 miles and 1.5 of them were running. I ran 0.5x2 and 0.25x2. Haven’t eaten smart today, so I felt really sluggish. But it was good to get back to running!!

Today I went on a nice couple mile walk with my Dad. It was cold out, but make me feel good and awake I’m gonna run tomorrow morning!

My event that I’ve been preparing for (that has kept me too busy to run) was today, so I am super excited to get back to running!! My Apple Watch also arrived today, an I’m excited to start learning how to use it to better track my workouts!

I’m kinda late to join, but here I am! My goal is to not snack after supper unless it’s for a special occasion or I am legitimately hungry and not just eating for no reason.

I haven’t run for a couple days. I was hoping to go today since it was in the mid 40’sF, but I didn’t have time. I have an event in Saturday that I’m doing lots of prep for, so hopefully next week will be less busy and I’ll be able to run more

Sorry, I accidentally made another post and it won’t delete🤦♀️😂

Today was a day of firsts! It was my first run in a long time, my first run of 2021, and my first cold weather run!! It was around 30F and sleeting/snowing a bit. Since I have asthma that’s often worse in the cold, I wore a face mask between running sets and it worked well. I forgot to check distance on my running app, but…

Woke up nice and early to go on a run, but saw that everything was covered in ice instead of snow. Since I have a past ankle injury that acts up pretty often (torn ligaments) I decided to play it safe and not risk running on the icy roads. And does anyone have a good phone arm band recommendation? I’m looking to buy one

Hello all! I am a newbie to this challenge, but am looking forward to it! I haven’t been running much lately and don’t have time to run every day, so my goal for the month is to run 15 miles
