  • @harper16 true. Sorry i forgot. So i am about 198lbs on a good morning 18, and 5’11 my healthy bmi is like 19-25 and over weight is 26- say i got muscle but theres like 1 layer of fat on me if i bulk could that fat go away essentially with all this work im doing to bulk

  • I literally ran/hiked 60 miles this week and at my lowest weight in about 2 or 3 days i was at 193. After my hikes I weighed in 2 + pounds lighter then i eat and maintain my deficit and it goes up them 2 pounds. Next day i wake up and im a little heavier im guessing from water weight.   • @Hanibanani2020 yeah i was thinking it could be water. I drink almost a gallon a day probably. I weigh myself every morning and off bad habit i do it before my night shower and get dissapointed. This week i dropped from 200- 193.4 my lowest! Now its back to 200 i swear after i eat 1 meal i bounce back
  • Yeah we train every week in boot camp style and ive been to summer camps like that before i know what i need to do i guess im just debating on getting lean or getting more muscle because they say you should go in fit and its not much upper body strength you need its endurance and moving your feet.
  • Yeah i kinda assumed so because it works me alot doing hiit and running maybe ill just alternate running as my cardio and lifting weights other days

  • @RepswithRyan Thank you for your advice! I am assuming the workouts you listed are HIIT style workouts and i do those and i run to train for bootcamp should I continue doing that everyday or stay at 2-3 times a week. Also should i eat more protein with this deficit or anything in particular?
  • @rheddmobile Thank you for your comment. I understand what i need to train for and trust me i train on that everyday, but i want to focus on something to get me to a good body before entering.

  • @diliveslife thank you for sharing information with me. I have a good amount of muscle on me I haven’t checked my body fat % in awhile but i know i need to cut more to see more of my muscles i just dont want to burn off my muscles too.
