Great positivity! I have to say I'm certainly feeling more mindful since starting this challenge as well. Your post also brings to mind a question that I have: you can use 3 pass days and still be in the challenge, as long as you don't need to pass a 3rh time, yes?

8 June Consistently up and moving today. Didn't have time to engage couch potato mode at all and I hope that helps me to sleep better. Same here. Sometimes some workouts show up as being counted a few days later. It's just not consistent. :confused:

Sometimes working out has the opposite effect for me: I work out so I feel like I can eat way more and sometimes take it too far. I need to find a balance. Or maybe just don't factor in my exercise toward my total calories for the day? But that doesn't seem right either. Does everyone on here adjust their calories intakeβ¦
