20 lbs in a month is a great accomplishment. To average 5 lbs a week is incredible. Keep up the good work.

Wow!

First of all, stop buying unhealthy things to eat. Second, perhaps talk to your doctor about a sleep study? Regardless, don't use the sleep issues to justify eating junk at 2AM. If you have to eat something, eat something healthy. But, you should be staying within your daily macro allowance no matter what the issue is.

Um, OK? Don't like people, but you tell the entire planet your brownie saga. Makes sense.
-
Exactly. What's inappropriate is MFP censoring and removing so many pictures and posts.
-
Some of the things that are censored or removed from MFP threads are baffling. I mean how else is a man or woman supposed to show their progress? Are swimming trunks and bathing suits so inappropriate that they need to be removed? Really? With all of the filth on the Internet? Anyway, I agree, lol.

Focus on your macros and you'll find success. It's not about what you can't eat, but rather what you can.
-
Have you discussed this with your husband?
-
A good, old fashioned walking regimen of 1 hour a day has helped my fat loss immensely. And it has helped stop the plateaus altogether.
-
Find a reputable coach/advisor who can dial-in your macros. I went with 1st Phorm. Intermittent fasting is useful, but you don't have to fast constantly to lose weight. If you're macros are on point, you can eat a lot more than you realize, and still lose all of the body fat that you want to. Best of luck!

Sometimes you just have to wake up and change your mindset. Don't make excuses and do the work.
-
You poor thing.

Abs are made in the kitchen. You can train like an animal, but the diet has to be clean for the results to show. Sure, you'll look better and feel better in terms of strength, but you can't forget about what's under the skin. Your heart and overall health in-general benefit from a clean diet. You may lose, but it will be…

Blue Lotus tea is awesome.

I don't think the time frame matters much. If you have the macros left to eat, then eat! However, if you're not getting enough sleep, that alone will screw up the fat loss. So make sure you're getting those zzzz's.
-
It's so much better to eat home made meals.
-
It's basically a small oven that circulates the heated air. It's different in purpose and function than a grill altogether. Something that can be fried or baked, or even microwaved can be cooked with similar results in an "air fryer". You can't necessarily grill a hamburger in an air fryer, but you can still "fry" a burger…

That's a very, very vague statement. What exactly do you need help with???
-
I bet they'd pay for pills, shakes, or some TV commercial workout video though! America's mentality in regards to weight loss is astounding.
-
Perhaps they are offering you a compliment and mean no harm? Some people don't have the best skill at putting their thoughts into words. I wouldn't constantly take such comments as being offensive. There have been times, when I have put so much hard work and effort into losing weight, that I was wondering if anyone was…
-
Congrats! I'm interested in how you feel overall. Do you notice a drastic improvement in your joints or back? This is an area I have a lot of pain in.
-
Exactly. Which I why I stated that it's "subjective".
-
Which is exactly why I said it's subjective. Thank you for proving my point. How about this: If you work out on an empty stomach, and you become nauseous, etc, have something appropriate. If it doesn't bother you, or you prefer not to, don't. This doesn't have to be an enormous debate or argument, folks.
-
You should consider your food as "fuel" for your workout. Should you work out on an empty stomach? That's a very subjective issue. Can a power lifter exercise with an empty tank? Can a CrossFit athlete to complex Olympic lifts with nothing in the tank? Depends on your workout and the intensity. That's a good place to start.
-
Congrats. Keep at it. Weight can fluctuate drastically every day.

HOKA

Great job. Keep up the hard (but good) work.

It's so refreshing to hear someone using "healthy" keto as a means for weight loss. Eating buckets of KFC without the breading and Big Macs without the bun just never made sense to me.
