After 5 years of not being particularly healthy I've returned to an active and healthier lifestyle. 20 pounds lost this month. No sugar. No saturated fat. Lots of water. 10km a day walking. I'm already feeling so much better and have much more energy. Next month I'll introduce running and the exercise bike because the body is getting too used to the walking.

    20 lbs in a month is a great accomplishment. To average 5 lbs a week is incredible. Keep up the good work.
