    It takes a 3500 calorie deficit for every pound of loss or gain. It seems it is much easier to gain than to lose. So keep in mind that you had a total 3500 calorie deficit for that one pound. That is AMAZING. it takes hard work and a healthy diet but the euphoria you feel for every pound is amazing. You got this.
