I usually eat plain spoon size shredded wheat, 1/2 serving of dried cherries and 1 cup of 2% milk. I don't eat breakfast until noon, though. I do the intermittent fast. I think I am going to switch it up a bit and start eating oatmeal on some of the days.

My husband is making prime rib, fresh green beans, mashed potatoes or a baked potato and an apple pie for dessert. I am going to enjoy it but not overdo it. I will measure everything out like I did on Thanksgiving.

Could you invest in some knee braces or knee support? I have to wear mine when I am on my treadmill due to arthritis. They really help me.
