Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No.. I got my 4000 plus steps in, but it was all day. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No I have another pass day! That makes 4. I am still going to try everyday!!

I actually had Covid and was on quarantine and lock down, but I was told I could walk outside as long as I was totally by myself, once I got over the illness and went 3 days without fever on meds. I was still in quarantine the 14 days.

This is my 3rd pass day. Last day of my vacation! I have enjoyed every minute! I knew I would be using 2 to 3 of my pass days right away when I signed up, so I am good. Now to buckle down tomorrow and see how well I can do. This is my first challenge!

Today will be one of my pass days. We are on vacation in a cabin for the weekend. I am eating very mindfully, but some of the things are hard to track honestly, since it is being delivered. This is my first month and I knew that 2 days would be iffy. I am happy that they are worked a few pass days in to make this challenge…
