Good morning Molly. The urge to eat unhealthy seems to be greater. The cravings are less overall. Just trying to change years of bad habits like eating when I'm not hungry.

Yes for all three. Had to eat into some of my exercise calories today (pun intended). I joined to give and receive encouragement. Also, I hoped joining a group would put more onus on myself in order to persevere. So far, it is working! Thanks all! Glad to be here!

Molly...so far I've been eating the most comparable food I can to what I'm craving that is still within my diet. My next move is to try and go to bed earlier as currently I like to stay up late which is when I have the greatest cravings. Today has been much better than yesterday. Thanks!

Yes for all three. Felt like I ate a ton of food today but still left 500 cals on the table. This was great if you want to try... 1/2 cup strawberries; 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, add 2 packets of splenda then use a milk frother to turn the milk into whipped cream and put on strawberries.
