π Thank you @iradi8. It's so easy to get discouraged when the scale swings up. Weighing on Friday mornings helps though. It makes me think more bout what I eat (or don't eat) through the weekend. Just have to keep going and stay positive.π Happy weekend!

Yes, and no Linda. It's hard to say, because I had two off plan days this week, so I know my diet wasn't as on task as the previous two weeks, despite my workouts. Diet is everything. You can't outrun it, that's for sure. I'm still happy with my progress this month though. Although I am still 4 lbs higher than when I firstβ¦

My body is very similar. I know how frustrating it is. I think because I normally am very low in sodium with my diet, that when I eat something off plan, the sodium really blows me up for days, both on the scale and physically too. The only thing that really helps me is to pull back my diet extra 3 days following. That'sβ¦

I did have my cheat meal for dinner last night. With my walking workout deficit yesterday, it still put me over calories. Today I am back on it though. I had beef tacos last night. I boil mine on Sundays and they last all week. My whole family eats them and no one ever has been ill. They should be safe for up to a week. I store mine unpeeled in a small colander pot.
