Bearchested Friday PW: 204.2 CW: 203.4 I focused on the tiny habit method this week, and letting go of guilt when I don't meet the bigger goal. I'm going to focus on losing 1-1.5 lbs / week.

That makes sense. I also started taking creatine again and that can cause water retention. My water consumption is now my most consistent habit, as I get in 100-128oz / day. I used to get increasingly tired during the middle of the day, and drinking almost a gallon a day really helps.

Thanks! We moved back to the Houston area from the Bay Area (Northern California). We'll have to miss this week since our stuff won't be here until June 20, but we should be able to log on the 25th.

We've had this scale for awhile (4 years according to Amazon). It recalibrates before you get on, and it stores information for several users. I'm currently on a trip and away from the scale for the weekend, but I weighed in this morning before I left. Hope it's ok to count. My favorite lately has been Oikos Triple Zero vanilla Greek yogurt, add in some cocoa powder and powdered peanut butter, and use it as an apple dip. Our daughter has been loving ants on a log lately, so that'd be number 2.
