Cut back on calories and carbs. I am supposed to get 2600 per day and only intake 1600 and have been loosing 2lb per week

Like others, i went full keto, which essential eliminates carbs from your diet. Unfortunately, going keto is an unpleasant process both mentally and physically. Thankfully, you can achieve similar goals by counting and reducing calories with higher carb intake than keto.

We are all here for a reason. Things need to change and we all have to make a choice. I choose to loose weight and hopefully feel better when things get stable with the cal/carbs/ weight gain.
