Hi, oldie newbie!

Been on MFP for sometime but I'm not getting results so thought I'd have a look im here for advice.

I'm 40, currently 13st and 5ft 3. I work out pretty hard 3 to 4 times a week in the gym and online classes in-between.

    You lose weight in the kitchen rather than the gym and you haven't mentioned your diet at all - it's important to focus on the factor that has the biggest impact on different aspects:

    Gym/ exercise - prime driver for fitness results.
    Diet - prime driver for weight management results with your calories of course being the biggest factor.

    Making your diary public would take away a lot of the mystery.
    "Sometime" means what?
    What has your weight actually done in that timescale?

    Cut back on calories and carbs. I am supposed to get 2600 per day and only intake 1600 and have been loosing 2lb per week
