I am now in this for the long haul. I just started but I'm looking at my trends in weight reduction but more importantly how I feel as I am doing something good for me. I do have a PHD in self pity but I know if I want to succeed, I must have faith that I am on a journey to wellness.

Im taking topamax to control my night time eating. I think it does help. I am not doing the naltrexone or contrave. I only heard of naltrexone for alcohol. Didnt realized it could help with binging.

ive noticed that i was 3 lbs lighter two days ago, then today on the scale.....I have changed NOTHING, This is my second week in trying to reduce. Is this normal? ENTITLED. Im recovering from an ED and I dont expect the world to revolve around me. LIke the above poster stated, its my responsibility and mine alone. When you are nourished from a spiritual level, fro yo is not such a trigger. At least for me, and that's my goal - good physical and spiritual health

People use to move around more. We are more sedentary as a nation now then 50 yrs ago. Most of us work at a desk. Netflix has replaced the socialization of the past in the neighborhood. People used to cook their own food and relied less on processed food. I'm sounding like one of those old freaks, but it'skinda true

mine is lower because IM short, i want to lose 2lbs a week ( though that remains to be seen), and my age and Im sedentary as well. I work on a computer all day so there's not much movement. I look at these targets that may need to be adjusted to my reality.
