Thank you for this post. I have Add throw in a bit of imposter syndrome and depression. It is tough to sometimes break out of it but I find if I just keep tracking no matter what. it doesnt have to be perfect, just even one meal is better than nothing. Im still in the game.

IM 5'2 and 143lbs. I would like to get back down to 130. I started to gain weight after I had my son. I really never lost it as the "baby weight" become just extra weight. I'm a success story in a way because I am not giving up and am determined to do this even I struggle with the pounds coming off

Ok i have been at this for a month and I am not losing and im tracking and healthy for a 51 yo. Iam trying to up my game, but im on 1200 calories trying to work out and still not losing 1 -2 lbs a week. IM a bit flummoxed actually im upset. lol

Thank you for this post. I "freak" out because I think my body should respond and its going to take time and PATIENCE which is not my virtue at all. I think im a crappy person because I am up a pound because I expect a loss every week. Last week wasnt one of those weeks. I will keep adjusting and see what happens
