Hello! I'm not a drinker but I have a HUGE marijuana problem. About an ounce a week. I'm currently on day 9. This is the longest I've gone without smoking in 12 years. My God the withdrawals have been horrible but I'm doing it!

Haven't smoked weed in a week. Longest I've gone in 12 years. Trying CBD tonight to help with sleep. Last night I slept on and off for 6 hours which is the most I've gotten all week. So Sunday night I made the decision to quit smoking weed regularly. I smoke ALOT. About an ounce a week. I run on the treadmill mostly because our summers are very hot and our winters are very cold. I hate running in both lol.

So I started at 388.6 (I'm 6"4, 41 years old) and I stuck to the pool for the first bit for that reason. I moved onto Elliptical after I got down to 300 and didn't start running until I got down to 275 pounds. It was a long process.

Started my journey at age 40 weighing 388.6 pounds. I'm now 217.2 Find an exercise that you enjoy. Don't make working out a chore. I LOVE running. I run 4-5 days a week plus play baseball. I look forward to both each time.

Signed up for two more 5km races in September. We will see what the weather is like after that and play it by ear. I hate running in the cold. My next race is August 12.

I run on the treadmill at the gym 4-5 days a week and play baseball 1-2 times a week. Currently rehabbing my shoulder so I'm not lifting at the moment.
