Hello Everyone! It's been a while! I'm currently sick with Covid and just popped by to say hello! I'm still maintaining my weight loss, and will be starting Half Marathon training in a week. It's nice to see some familiar faces. Anyways, keep up the good fight!

I hit Maintenance about a year ago after losing around 170 pounds and 100% it was terrifying. Losing weight I know, Maintaining I do not. I got into running so I set goals based around running while still logging everyday. I'm still hanging in there.

I set my MFP setting to lose 0.5 pounds per week since I'm sure I'm under-estimating calories and it's worked great for me

I haven't had a soda since Feb 2022. Quitting Ginger Ale was a pain. I now just have sparkling water. I don't miss it at all.

Just bought a Garmin Venu Music I LOVE it and I can't wait to go for some long runs once it warms up. Just running on the treadmill for now Love the Garmin Connect app.

I completed my 10th 5km race of the season a couple weeks ago and got my time under 26 minutes. Less than 2 years ago I was 400 pounds

I've lost 175 pounds just with counting my calories and exercise. No drugs, no eliminating carbs. Went from 388 to 213.
