I'm also on keto. My husband and I have been doing this for a little over two months. Electrolytes are super important, you can add in things like sugar-free Gatorade, bone broth, some salt in your water, etc. I do track my intake, not just carbs but calories as well. Trying to stay at a deficit. Welcome to the journey!!β¦
