09/08-196.2-(Trend Weight: 198.7)- I am very happy with my weight loss progress, especially since my daughter got married on the 3rd and the food festivities were so tempting. Yes, I ate the cake but I compensated with a smaller meal during the reception. I’m not getting my steps in very often. I’ve got to amp that up somehow.
09/15-200.2-(Trend Weight: 199.0)- There was quite an overnight drop reflected in the weight last week. I think my weight on the first was most accurate and today reflects some heavy travel weight. I’m going to work harder. Five pounds in a month is a lot for my circumstances as well as my stubborn old age, but I know I can do better. It’s good at home. The travel is what keeps biting me in the behind.
09/22-199.2-(Trend Weight: 198.6)- Down a bit from last week. So much travel this week with sitting and restaurants that I’m not surprised I didn’t do better. But it’s nice to be back in Onederland, even if teetering.

Thank You!! I hit a plateau for most of September and exercise was down do to excessive heat in Southern California BUT Today I finally broke the plateau!! I will do a fianl weigh in tomorrow for my total lost in this challenge. :-) FALL IS HERE YAY Great time for walking!0 -

STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.
