    11/21-198.6-(Trend Weight: 198.7)- One month ago on 10/21 I weighed 201.8 with a trend weight of 200.4. I needed to look back because I was feeling defeated today even though the trend weight went down. I can see that I am making progress even though it is slow. I need to lose more than 2 pounds in a month but at least it is in the right direction! Thanksgiving week. That is a challenge for us all who celebrate this week.

I needed to look back because I was feeling defeated today even though the trend weight went down. I can see that I am making progress even though it is slow. I need to lose more than 2 pounds in a month but at least it is in the right direction! Thanksgiving week. That is a challenge for us all who celebrate this week.


    11/28-196.6-(Trend Weight: 197.9)- I lost 2 pounds during Thanksgiving week? That has got to be the first time in, like, EVER. I’m really trying 90% of the time. Clearly there is still room for growth but I’m proud that I managed to accomplish this! I can see that I won’t make my November goal because of all the bouncing back & forth, but I’m headed in the right direction.
