I weigh 190lbs now, and I usually burn anything from 180 to 230 calories. I would say your HRM is right, especially if your sweating lots and pushing yourself like you said :)

No loss for me this week, but I haven't been able to exercise at all, been very busy at work and spending some quality time with the other half <3 Hopefully it will just fall off me next week when I get back on!! :)

Like everyone has said it will probably be water weight. My weight did something similar the other week and I weighed myself a few days after and I was down the 4lbs, it said I had put on. I wouldn't worry about it :)

Im 5'7" and im aiming for 10 stone. But if I get to 11stone and feel happy with that I will try to maintain that weight. As long as you are healthy and happy with the size you are then I dont think your ideal goal weight should matter :)

I'm 5'7" and also weigh 13stone 9lbs. I was out shopping today and bought myself some size 14 tops and they are fitting well. I have large thighs and carry most my weight around my middle, and i am able to fit back into my size 14 jeans now. What I am trying to say is everyone is different, but you cant be far away from…

Its a workout dvd from Jillian Michaels. There a 3 different levels consisting of a warm up, 3 6-minute circuits (3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio, 1 min abs) then a cool down. Ive lost some serious inches doing this work out. I also go to the gym a couple of times a week, and I am training to do a 5k so go running a couple…
