    Hey - I'm in Sheffield (originally from S****horpe area)... after a really successful 2011 diet-wise and enjoying my week off the diet for Xmas, I'm back on it again from today!

    The biggest keys to achieving your goal are willpower and motivation... whether that comes from yourself (in my case) or through support from others like family and friends - can see having contacts on here would be a great way to add to that as well as have people to give you advice or encouragement.

    I've not really used the more social sides of this site (the forum or the wall/comments area), but really should try to do it more... so please feel free to add me :)
