30 DS Exercises?

So I was doing the 30 Day Shred on my ExerciseTV on Demand channel - but they recently took off Level 1 and left Level 2 there. I'm DEFINITELY not ready to do level 2 yet. I was planning on doing Level 1 for a whole month! Lol, but does anyone remember the exercises so I can do them and time them on my own, since I can't remember all of the exercises.

    The DVD is so cheap and worth buying ($9.99 maybe less).

    Just checked their website and apparently both the TV channel and the website are closing down! Sad thing. I used some of their work-outs a lot!

    Have you checked on youtube?

    Also, I prefer Level 2 to Level 1. Not worth just giving it a go?

    I'm a college student who doesn't work. I would have to wait until after Christmas to purchase it, which I don't want to do.
