  • Moving Comfort today is selling its Rebound Racer bras in the pink color at $25. I swear by these for bounce control!
  • I'm impatient to try this program! I finish Focus T25 next week so it should be good timing. Will be new to doing this type of exercise but only could Chalene motivate me to try this. Hope it'll be worth the wait.
  • Bridal & bridesmaid dresses are notoriously larger in size. Im a size 6 but would be 8/10 in them. Don't let it get you down.
  • Thanks for this! I am a fan of hers from Turbofire and eager for something new from her. Cant wait.
  • This happened to me too the first week of doing Alpha workouts. The foot cramps were killer! I had to stop what I was doing and shake the feet for relief and follow the modifier until it eased. It does get easier over time and I didnt have it anymore by the time I reached Beta phase. I have Nike Frees but prefer to wear…
  • I loved Turbo Fire enough to two rounds of it within a year. It was the only program I cared enough to repeat as I try lots of different ones. I might even do it again later in 2014 since it was so fun. It'ss worth the $$ and you will enjoy it!
  • I have a Body media Fit and understand the concern about the arm band. You do get used to it, kind of like wearing a bra - you stop noticing you have it on eventually. I selected this for myself because I liked the 24hr accountability and the motivation it gave me to push harder or sneak in mini workouts, such as parking…
  • After a trial and error, I now wear Asics Gel Harmony sneakers whenever I do Zumba classes at the gym. The smoother soles make it easier to do the dance moves and pivot. I wear Nike Free Bionics for boot camp and kickboxing. Love them
  • I have the Bodymedia Link (or the bluetooth version, whatever it its called these days) and really love it. It's pretty cool to see daily variances of when Im at my desk job and when Im home with my active kids. It pushes me to do mini workouts during chores (i.e. squats while folding laundry) or move more than just…
  • I could have written your post! I dropped a pant size but lost 1 lb over a mth. It is hard not to feel like I didn't meet my goal when my new pants tell me otherwise. Such a mixed feeling.
  • I know it can feel weird to eat "more" at first, but Im like you in that I would binge later from the deprivation. Or once I lose the weight, I gain it back after I can eat "normal" foods again. Moderation is key and life's too short to live on rabbit food.
  • I eat back my calories since frankly its the biggest motivation to work out, ha. I have found that on days I dont eat it back, I dont lose weight as quickly and plus I get cranky. Its a challenge how little 1200 cals is to eat. I have lost 30 lbs eating cals back so for me, i can attest it works. I found that my body loses…
  • I eat them back, not necessarily all of them. I pretty much am motivated to work out just so I can eat more or enjoy wine, ha. It can determine how hard Im gonna work that day, be it bootcamp or yoga... I have a HRM when I workout and post 85% of what it says I burned; just to be conservative. Funny enough, I used to not…
  • I have a 18 mth old daughter and 3 yr old boy who make my life pretty interesting!! Feel free to add me as a friend (and anyone else on this thread too!) Looking to lose the last 20 postpartum lbs that I hadnt been motivated or even well-rested to focus on before. Now that my kids are pretty energetic, it's been such an…
  • I around 165 now which is close! I too would love to go down to a single digit clothing size. Let's be friends and get out of our comfortable rut!
  • 20 lbs in 3 mths is awesome! It gives me hope that I can achieve the same. Today I worry its gonna take me all year just to lose 10 ha.
  • I prefer afternoon workouts since my brain is more awake by then, but I dont always have the opportunity. So I usually work out evenings after kids go to bed. It helps me keep my dinner light, knowing Im going to be doing cardio later. Plus on days I overeat, I have an idea of excess calories I need to burn off.
  • Add me too please. Im at 161 now for the past few weeks. Got off the bandwagon due to colds and ear infection. I need to refocus my efforts and come back stronger! I'm trying to get down to 145 but won't sneeze at 150
  • Thanks for that video, it cheered me up. I totally feel like that guy! I keep tottering between 161 and 160 lately. I just wanna break into the 150s! Wanna trade with me
  • I work out to TurboFire after kids go to bed at 8. After a few weeks, it can become a habit and your body gets used to night workouts. The cool thing about night workouts is that I pretty much know my calories eaten for the day and I have motivation to burn off any excess calories!
  • I just started Turbo fire and am loving it. If you like kickboxing, this could be a nice transition that will challenge you. I also like Jessica Smith and her 10 lbs down series. I never get bored of her. I preview most of my videos on Collage Video's website and I love that they give you 30 days to return the video, even…
  • Would you know the specific model name of your Asics gel? Is it Gel Blur TR33? I see google reviews recommend that one. Thanks so much ;)
  • I too had a breast reduction a few years ago and it makes it easier to exercise! I love Moving comfort bras (Im a 36D) in either Juno or fiona styles.
  • I just ordered it and excited to try it.
