Looking good!

I’ve bobbed up and down in weight much of my adult life. Even though I’m down 31# since 7/1/22, no one around me seems to notice or care anymore. Would like to send and receive supportive messages to anyone here willing to reciprocate. Merry Christmas!

Great work! Inspirational as I’m now 66 yo. I’ve lost 20# but still have 50# to go.

That's a radical weight loss rate. Impressive. Hope you can do as well with maintenance.

I have a positive talent for losing weight, but a short attention span. So, regaining is what I get embarrassed about, and mostly to myself. I still have some more lbs to lose, but I'm trying to look ahead to the post-loss era to apply what I've learned to maintenance. The problem is that one can't be certain of the future…

I'm now at 188.4, down 1.6.

I know, I'm too late. Traveling. Yesterday, I weighed 189.4 lbs. I believe that's a -1.6 lb loss

I'm a 64 year-old man, 6'2" tall. I still have 3 lbs to lose, maybe more. I'm at -1.4 lbs per week with about 1600 calories ingested a day and about 2500 calories per week in aerobic exercise. The charts tell me maintenance calories will be around 2050. Sometimes I wish I was losing 40 years instead of 40 lbs!

SW. 225.6 GW. 185.6 LW. 193.4 CW. 192 -1.4 lbs. A nice recovery after excess at a BBall game on Monday. Sometimes I wonder if I'm obsessing about weight issues.

I'm so glad you are in better health hand are happy with your appearance. Bad I don't really have a recommendation for you. But I have something that's maybe worth thinking about. Major weight loss is a very emotional thing. Some people are comfortable hand even exhilarated with big changes but others definitely are not.…

Had a pretty good week here. SW: 225.6* GW: 185.6 CW: 193.4 -1.6 lbs, in line with my -1.5 lb/wk plan *MFP remembers me from 2011, when I had reached my highest weight ever during a depressed emotional state, but that's ancient history to me. I started my current effort 8/18/2017.

Sometimes the body retains digested food during a period of very low intake. Maybe you're a little stopped up?

I think a lot of overweight people cringe at the thought of diets (dirty word around here) that last for an extended period of time. We crave quick fixes. All I can say is that quick weight loss usually results in quick regaining of the lost pounds. You don't have to be a shrink to understand that weight control is a…

Hi. I have yoyo directed for years. I would go for the quickest weight loss possible, get near my goal, wow the people in my life with my new appearance and then gradually slip back into my old eating habits. I don't want to make any assumptions about you, but would advise against extreme diets. Their big plus is the…

The Ultimate heresy. Every once in a while I'm like 3 calories over my daily goal so I go back and put a 0.99 multiplier in for some item so I can claim I'm under my calorie goal in my news feed. C'mon, a lot of you guys do it too.
