I think you are making the right choice. in my opinion cheat days are a trap for addictions. You can treat yourself to healthy alternatives once in a while but eat anything mentality is what put many of us in trouble to begin with. &4 lbs is an accomplishment don 't cheat yourself!

I don't like negative words like cheat. I would be cheating myself. I seldom eat all of my goal calories but always above 1200. I eat a buffalo sirloin sometimes but still keep my goals. I shop at whole foods and watch my fat, sodium, cholesterol and sugar and find I can eat some very tasty satisfying meals without the…

No I don't because most of the time that adds sugar sodium and fat also. I believe the exercise burns off excess weight and it is counter-productive to eat just because.

Marketing gimmicks are designed to trick people into buying a product. It is like making a greasy fat laden burrito adding nutrients and calling it the wow it has vitamins Burrito, it is still unhealthy. If you want a cookie eat it but beware of addictive ingredients.

I refuse to think that way any more I would rather think of what keeps me going!

Thanks for the input! I do avoid high Fructose and the bad sugars so that is good to know. I guess I should use the tools as a Barometer.

You are so right my Mother was highly addicted to Diet cola and sugar etc. It cost her,her kidneys and then her life. I just had a Kidney stone (not from cola I don't drink it, for nine years now!) My problem came from uncontrolled stressors and wrong thinking patterns about how I was percieved by others. Now I am in…
