hi there! if you want to try something different, in case you're in the middle of a plateau, then i'd like to suggest trying jillian michaels ripped in 30 dvd http://www.amazon.com/Jillian-Michaels-Ripped-30/dp/B004CRR9IS - i'm only on week three and i haven't felt this good since high school (i'm 32). it's a four week…

running is HARD. everything hurts and i can't breathe~ i hate it and wish i could do it, but i'm pretty sure if you want to do it, just start small and it should get a little easier each time you do it :)

avocados, olive oil, olives, nuts, peanut butter, salmon i believe are some healthy fats :) i don't know if pasta is a 'healthy' fat, but it's not as bad as pizza and it for sure packs on the lbs for me. it's also supposed to be good for energy :)

i'm kind of in the same boat where my body's like "REST!" but i'm afraid that if i don't exercise then i won't start again (as i've done in the past), but i'm taking 2 days off and will make myself start again on friday. can't do it every single day. and if you REALLY still want to exercise, maybe even just do something…

graham crackers, cottage cheese, hardboild egg, broccoli with salad dressing (or without if you can take it - i'm still 5 years old and have trouble getting it down w/out dressing lol)
