A spinach and feta omelet! So delicious! Saute red onions in a little coconut oil, add spinach, pepper and lemon juice and stir until just wilted. Use this mixture with a nice French feta like Valbreso (less salty, more creamy) as the filling for your omelet. I love this. I could eat it everyday and not miss bread!

Most items on the menu have crazy calories BUT whenever I eat there I have the Seared Tuna Tataki Salad - it is soooooo delicious and it's only 442 calories! I never have dessert unless we are splitting a single slice at least 3 ways!!!
