I usually don't get too fancy with my breakfasts. For high protein, I usually stick with eggs and turkey sausage, cream of wheat, or cereal with protein powder in my milk.

Simple stuff, but I don't usually eat a big breakfast.
  • ensure has a great protein shake and its 25 proteins per drink and the chocolate is so yummy :-) thats if your not really a breakfast eater like me

Greek yogurt with cereal. One cup is about 120 calories and 20 grams of protein! Delicious too :)

My favorite breakfast so far has been scrambled eggs and turkey bacon. But I only have 2 slices of the bacon and 1 egg I am still having a hard time eating breakfast but gotten better.

    A spinach and feta omelet!
    So delicious!

Saute red onions in a little coconut oil, add spinach, pepper and lemon juice and stir until just wilted. Use this mixture with a nice French feta like Valbreso (less salty, more creamy) as the filling for your omelet. I love this. I could eat it everyday and not miss bread!

-oatmeal with berries and a scoop of protein powder
-omelet with veggies, meat, and cheese
    -protein pancakes or protein waffles
-greek yogurt, berries, and honey (costco greek yogurt has 24 g protein per cup)
-protein shake (my favorite is 1 scoop protein powder, frozen cherries, cocoa powder, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ice, -and xanthan gum) - tons of recipes online.
-breakfast burrito (egg whites, veggies, meat, hot sauce in a low carb/ high fiber wrap)
