30 Day Shred - Exercise Log

I started 30 Day Shred a couple of days ago and was wondering what everyon else is logging their workout as since it is not in the database. i don't have a HRM but paln to get one soon.

    I've been told to log that under circuit training - that is one mean workout, but you feel so good afterwards!!!!

    Before I got my HRM, I logged it under circuit training, general.

    I used circuit training before I got my heart rate monitor. Once I got my heart rate monitor, I found that MFP really overestimated the calories I burned. I really like 30 Day Shred!! You'll be amazed with the results! :)

    I made my own exercise for it, since I know that it burns about 250 calories per session for me

    I log it as circuit training, also. Which comes up at about 196 calories burned...I think that sounds high....but I just go with it.
