Worked out today but wasn't happy at all. I think I would've done better had the member in front of me quit talking so much and kept moving. I had to wait past the "change station" before she would put her key tag in and get started. Very frustrating. I'm hoping tomorrow's workout will be better. LJ - I picked up my fitbit…

Walked to Curves today and it felt great. It took me 7 minutes at a fast pace to get home. Plan on walking more to Curves now, especially with the sky rocketing price of gas. I'll burn more calories instead of gas.

Worked out today and it was great. Yesterday I was looking forward to working out and I had a rough time getting through it. Unlike today, when I didn't want to go but did it anyway.

Great job everyone! Gagesmom-glad to hear that the shot is working for you. Worked out in the a.m. and plan on working out all week in the a.m. My work schedule changed for this week and I'm working 3rd shift. It's great getting a workout in early and when it's not so crowded, especially on a Monday.

That's the best time to hit the gym. Make it a part of your regular routine. I had the same excuse until I started doing it.

In addition to today's workout, I also did my monthly weigh/measure. I've lost 3.5 lbs; 2.25" and 1.96% Body Fat. My loss is on target with MFP and I'm very happy about that. So happy to have stumbled upon MFP. Have a great day everyone!

I didn't workout on Saturday because I was in bed sick. Had to get well enough to get to work on Sunday. Went to Curves today and I felt like i hadn't exercised in a few weeks. Instead of taking just one day off I took two days off and it made a difference in how I felt working out. Good news....I burned 458 calories.

Completely forgot about this until it was too late. I did get 20 in and will finish the rest off today with the crunches.

Got my workout in today. My PI adjusted again, this time it decreased by 20. Glad it did, because those machines have been extremely hard and I burned 470 calories today. Woohoo! Good job everyone for getting your workout in.
