Monday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips

Let's do 75 of them.

There is a catch to only doing 75 of them. When you go to do these, get in position holding yourself up on the
edge of the chair and then scoot your feet out until it is hard to hold yourself up. Once you reach that point
that is the point in which your feet should be to do these 75.

Reply back and let me know how it goes for you. This is part of the switch to "quality" not "quantity" that I am implementing.


You have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 75 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

That video is kinda goofy but it gets the point across :)

My challenges are open to all and you can log them as calisthenics if you like.

    Done. Of course now my arms are gonna fall off. I need to build up my upper body strength again before I do something like that again.

    Completely forgot about this until it was too late. I did get 20 in and will finish the rest off today with the crunches.
