    Just completed your challenge! I feel pretty good. I decided to stand in front of the computer and watch yesterdays young and the restless while I did it. It worked out great. I used my 3 pound weights also. :)

    Thanks for including a video with this one, because I might not have done this right otherwise.. I haven't been doing any weight training yet since I'm just getting back into everything, and I'm working out at home with the kids running around. I'm gonna try and do this today though. Every little bit helps. I'll let you know later how much I was able to accomplish.

    Done with 5 pound resistance bands. 5 sets of 20 took 5 minutes. (of a lot of grunting after a while hehe).
