Hunger/blood sugar

Anyone have suggestions for banishing the 2:30/3:00 dragging feeling. My food seems to go well all day, but by the end of my school day, I feel exhausted and unmotivated to go to the gym.

    That's the best time to hit the gym. Make it a part of your regular routine. I had the same excuse until I started doing it.

    I find on really bad days, I need caffeine. Usually a little protein helps pick me up too. With enough time to be digested before hitting the gym!
