Usually on a Friday I would eat bad. KFC or McDonalds for dinner. Satay for lunch Chips & chocolate for snacks!

Yeah I really should start measuring. I hate the scales sometimes it's so depressing.... Even though you just want the number to change haha. :)

I'm loosing weight / getting fit. I eat 6 small meals a day and they consist of protein and balanced carbs & fibre etc. I excercise everyday 5 times a week for a minimum of 60 minutes. I count my calories to 1300. :)

I'm 64 kilos & 166 CM tall. I thought it was around 100 Grams just going by general word? What about you?

I saw the meal plan, looks good, but I don't think I will stick to it, because I'm Vegetarian and it's common sense what to eat! Oh my god though... Did it last night, my legs are soooo sore and my arms ha ha ha. But hope it works for me!! Thanks and I will look at that group!! :)
