How Much Protein Should a 64 Kilo girl be eating at dinner?

Is it 100Grams?

    Do not worry about when in the day you should eat it be generally recommendations while eating at a deficit and If you are active is 1g per lb of LBM per day.

    I thought it was around 100 Grams just going by general word?

    You wouldnt be eating 100g at dinner. That would be a daily intake, not one meal

    About 100g throughout the whole day is reasonable. It's not something you have to get exactly spot on, though, anything between 75-130 is fine.
  • I'm loosing weight / getting fit.

    I eat 6 small meals a day and they consist of protein and balanced carbs & fibre etc.

    I excercise everyday 5 times a week for a minimum of 60 minutes.

    I count my calories to 1300. :)

    I usually eat 30g of protein per meal (including dinner) which makes 180g-240g protein per day :)
