Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.

I am starting the 30 day shred tonight, I'm 68 kilos, and I am hoping to get down to 64 kilos.

Hopefully it helps and obviously incorporating a healthy eating plan.!!!

Has anyone tried the Jillian Michael Meal Plan?!

    Im starting this on Sunday. i am 164lbs and hoping to get down to around 140lbs eventually.

    I started at almost 70kg. And my goal is 58-60kg.

    join the group powering through the shred. lot's of info there.

    I am starting tonight, currently 175 lbs want to get down to 145lbs.

    I saw the meal plan, looks good, but I don't think I will stick to it, because I'm Vegetarian and it's common sense what to eat!

    Oh my god though... Did it last night, my legs are soooo sore and my arms ha ha ha.

    But hope it works for me!! Thanks and I will look at that group!! :)
  • I love this video. The 500 calorie burn video I do is comparable. I do this on really "bad" days. Like last night. lol.
