Weight Range

I'm 63 kilos and around 167 cm tall. I eat about 1,250 calories a day. Do you think that's too low.
I don't believe I should eat more than that because when I do I seem to put on weight?

I'm really not sure how this works..

I try aim for 3 X a week 45 minute cardio session!

    Go to Scooby Calculator. Generally 1200 is too low for anyone to be healthy on. I am 5 1. I eat 1700 on exercise days (sometimes more) and 1400 or so on rest days.
