you should always be yourself! if your a gentlemanly type- then open doors etc, dont do this purely for the first few dats- a girl will be only disappointed when she falls for you and you turn in to a jerk! source: experience!!!

no, I wouldnt rely on them at all - the cross trainers at my gym say ive burnt about 500 cals in 20 mins! my HRM says not.

i guess your bodys hungry by then... it doesnt have set times so just go with it, or try to curb it with a snack?

im totally in this boat, my boyfriend laughs at my inability to "stick to it" I feel like a total favour at times, and he really takes the micky of my increased size and the fact the my chest has grown so much due to weight gain. I aint allowed male friends, my boyfriend aint allowed girlfriends... I dont mind him talking to girls in social groups etc but I dont want him to be meeting up with them n stuff... i feel bad now ive seen everyone in these super trusting relationships...

but losing a few pounds of water weight will not make you appear any different? youll still be the same size in clothes etc.?! are you being weight for a specific reason? or do you want to look thinner? 5"9 13 stone 8.4 size 12/14/16 - cos shops are useless at sizing but I think my waist measured about 32/34 last week. havent done it this week. hoping to lose and inch this week! my goal is back to a 10 as I was this time last year ... maybe more 8/10 with a low BF about 15%
