ive just been looking at the "goal" section on MFP and have been playing around with % for carbs/fats/protein - what is an ideal ratio for fat loss?

40/30/30 is good rough guide0

The ideal ratio is the one that allows you to achieve 1g of protein and .35g of fat per lb of lean body mass. 40/30/30 works very well in many cases.. but it really depends on caloric levels and body stats and what you are trying to achieve.0
