porridge - portion size?

i always struggle with what a portion is- my porridge comes up as 50g is this 50g of unmade porridge then i add water n its that amount or is it 50g of made porridge?

    thank you - i always think it loks like a lot once ive cooked it - but hey ho i have a huge appetite and enjoy it YEY to porridge for being low in cals and massive in portions!
