Find a workout buddy or hire a personal trainer.

When I was on the old WW points system, I compared points and the calories on those food items and it equalled to allowed points and calories. So my 30 something points equalled to 1200 calories. MFP does subtract calories burned, which would be your exercise points. You could easily use MFP and still use WW guidelines.…

To customize your nutrition goals, click on the "My Home" tab, then click on "Goals", then "Change Goals". Choose the "Custom" option, and you'll be taken to a page where you can set your goals to whatever values you'd like

When the race starts, it will be a fast start. Just run at your pace because you will want to go faster. Enjoy the views and have fun!

Maybe you need to change up your workouts. Like do weight training. Your body may have gotten used to running and therefore no change. Check out this link http://youtu.be/hF0KXpIQF6k I hope this helps.

I am stuck on a plateau and I am not loosing. So one tip I learned was to add a carb, protein, and a healthy fat to each meal. So I see that you like apples. You can add cottage cheese, or peanut butter. Good luck

Give it some more time to see results.

I pretty much have decided that If I stay with my calorie intake and workout at least 30-60min a day, I should loose something. More calories burned, equals a higher deficit, which leads to weight loss.
-
Yes, you can by going to "Exercise", then under "My exercise", then create exercise. You have to know the calorie burn. I do lots of DVD workouts and I use a HRM to measure my burn.

I did CLX by itself and I saw great results. I started to do TurboFire and I just missed the strength training that CLX provided. I am currently doing the hybrid. Personally I would do both workouts at the same time because they are different workouts and you will get better results in my opinion. I am on week #3 and so…

The two are quite different. The range of motion is bigger when you run.

This might help answer your question http://caloriecount.about.com/calorie-deficit-weight-loss-ft51764

The CLX and TurboFire hybrid schedule is 20 weeks long. TurboFire is 20 weeks by itself and CLX is 17 weeks. Are you wanting to do both programs at once or one at a time?
-
How long have you been using it? It is the coolest thing ever.

Unfortunately MFP does not give calorie burn for weight training :(
-
Listen to your body and just recover. Even if you did workout while sick, you probably could not give it a 100%. The most important is to take of your body so that you get back in your routine.

Yes, I would count it as water.

That is a tough one. Purposely do not bring any cash so that you cannot purchase anything. Just think about all the progress you have made and how you currently feel. If you cannot resist, then look for healthy alternatives. Maybe purchase weight watchers desserts and have them at home or in your purse. It just has to be…

I just messaged you :)

There is a running app called couch to 5K. The key is to try to run farther everyday. I am in the Air Force and they recommended that we could run 1.5 mi before we started boot camp, but we worked out to help us train a little more before they tested us. Goodluck.
-
Maybe change up how you jog, like do interval training or run longer and even shorten the runs. Your body may not change if your workouts are the same everyday.
-
What about hip hop abs? I am during TurboFire but it is more kickboxing.

Just start tomorrow as a new day. Don't dwell on the past, we all overindulge and it is okay :)
