In a rut

I'm in a rut because of going to church last week and now I'm sick and haven't been able to workout. Help!!! I am planning on hopefully starting over at the most on Monday. I want to start tomorrow but I'm still feeling like crap. What am I suppose to do.???? I just need support and help. Thanks

    I'm sick too :ohwell: Caught some kind of virus from my grandson. Get some rest over the weekend. Try to watch your food intake so you don't gain. Maybe by Monday you can work out. That's my plan anyway. Get well soon :flowerforyou:

    Listen to your body and just recover. Even if you did workout while sick, you probably could not give it a 100%. The most important is to take of your body so that you get back in your routine.

    Hang in there! Start as soon as you feel well. It's only a temporary stand still. You will feel better soon and be able to get right back on track. Good Luck:flowerforyou:
