  • Hey! I am in the same boat. I have lost about 5-6 lbs in about 2 months. But I did start taking my measurements in the beginning & I'm down about 18 inches. But it is still frustrating to not really see the scale move. I'm just hoping that if I stick with it I will see the scale move sooner rather than later! Hang in there!
  • Ok, I opened my diary. I know I haven't been eating enough but have been slowly getting more into me.
  • I have found that if I eat dinner later in the evening that helps so much. I also try and eat 5-6 small meals during my day. If my tummy is full all the time I'm less likely to eat that extra little thing. I have a big weakness for fishy crackers, lol

  • I am going on week 3 of the too big program and let me tell you my bum bum is starting to take shape! Tummy tuck is not my friend but I love this program! I can't wait to get a full 60 days under my belt. I am loving my bum bum for the first time in my life!
  • 5' here and I have struggled with my weight my whole life. At my heaviest I was 215. I'm now around 166. In my dreams I'm around 115. In reality 130 will do. I have found it SO hard to lose weight being short. It hurts to see people drop 30 lbs in a few months and I can't drop 10....:sad:

  • So I agree with all that say healthy eating, cardio & strength. You may think you just want to lose back fat but you will notice all over toning up. and who doesn't want to look good all over? Lol
  • Oh one more! He will take his dishes & drink into the kitchen, that's nice, but if its a soda can & a paper towel? That will be placed on the counter. The trash can is 3 FEET AWAY! Put them there! Lol
  • My sweetie is more woman than I am! He will nit-pick every item of clothing, every stray hair. The man is physically fit to a T and worries about how everything fits. I kinda miss manly men.... But I love him, lol
  • I do both about the same. I don't have many friends on either but I enjoy reading others posts. FB let's me keep up with family. MFP helps me stay on track and I'm a success story junkie. ;-)
  • This is such a great thread! I'm 5' and currently 169. At my heaviest I was 210. I had lost about 70 lbs. when I got divorced. Amazing how getting rid of negative stress can effect you. That was about 3 years ago. Now I'm remarried & I had one more baby. So now I'm getting all the gained weight off. Here is to all of us…

  • Way to go! I just finished my 2nd day of 30DS! And it is kicking my butt as well! But I did it and I'm going to do it everyday. But it might kill me! Lol

  • Thanks......but everyday I change my workouts. I make sure all of my muscles get worked in a week. And if you didn't want to sound snotty you didn't need to comment.
  • This is just so hard! Lol I know my muscles need downtime but I'm really hating the not burning of extra calories in a day. I'm not sure I will make it through the day without some kind of exercise. :tongue:
  • That is so wonderful! I love me some Zumba! I have seen results in so many ways. But your results just blow my mind! How long have you been doing Zumba?
