I am also on C25K Week 5 starting this week. I have a 5K race scheduled for June 3rd. I also walk and strengh train. My goal is to burn 3500 calories per week using my HRM, for June 1st I want to weigh in at my target weight of 250. I have 6 lbs to lose to get there but I would like to blow by it.

I know exactly what your saying I am also on Week 3 heading out the door to do day 2. I weigh 260 lbs and the stick icy hot is one of my best friends.

I just finished week 2 day 2, I am planning to do day 3 tommorow then on to week 3, I also see the 3 minute intervals coming up next week.I need to push thru as my daughter has us doing a 5K on June 3rd. It is nice to see alot of us around the same time frame, good luck and just keep thinking positive.
