I'm in... it's now 5.30pm, I wish I'd seen this earlier in the day :P

Mine says 20.3%. Not sure how accurate, but if I use the same tool to measure body fat in a couple of months it'd be nice to see it go down!
-
Wow that's amazing what are you going to look like after day 30?!?!
-
Hey I'm quite similar to you :) Height: 5'2 SW:134 CW: 118 GW:118 but more toned! Not sure about BF.

I used to get really bad cramps too - something I've found works so well for me is something called a 'Lady care magnet' that you wear on your underwear and it's supposed to keep blood flowing so you don't feel those horrible knots. Since I've been wearing that I don't get any cramps when I'm exercising and although it's…

I don't think I would have bothered doing races but I entered the race for life with some friends and got a pretty good time - so the next year I wanted to beat it. Now I race to see if I can beat my own times, winning would be amazing but I don't expect that, position is a bonus, I just want to better myself!

You look fantastic! Keep it up! :)

One of my favourite quick meals is courgette pasta: - Grate courgettes, we usually do about 1 medium one per person - Fry the courgettes - we have a wonderful non-stick pan and don't use any oil/butter to fry. If you don't, just use a little bit of cooking spray OR add a bit of boiled water from the kettle just to stop it…

You look fantastic well done!!!

Ooh thanks for this, my butt is the area of my body I really need to work on at the moment.

Absolutely love Zumba :) And if anything, you burn more calories if you do it wrong because you're jumping all over the place trying to catch up so either way it's win-win ;)
-
Thanks for the info :)

I'm in! Love the shred :)

A low-cal hot chocolate drink or some sugar-free jelly is great. Especially the jelly!
-
Love handball (like squash but without a raquet!), tis an amazing cardio workout and time flies.

I always feel quite weak after giving blood, but I know not everyone does, I think the most important thing to do is listen to your body and if it's telling you you need more sugar (if you feel dizzy etc, which I'm sure you're very good at noticing after 8 years of donating!) then have a biscuit or something asap, I think…

17lb in a month? That's amazing! Well done you :) Keep it up!

I've just got P90X, but only the DVDs - how important is it to do the diet/supplement part???

Had horrible day of illness yesterday, recovering today but have done my 'day 3' with lighter weights. Phew. Been finding it really difficult food wise while I've been under the weather, all I want is comfort foods - does anyone have any magic foods they eat to boost energy after illness without over doing it?!?
-
Urgh, I feel really groggy and horrible today (not Jillian's fault! I think it's due to exam stress...) should I do the DVD but take it light? Or is it better to have a day off?
-
Arrrgh just completed day 2. Definitely not leaving it til the end of the day again, sooooo tired! Gonna need some serious motivation to give it everything tomorrow...

The penne all'Arrabbiata - arrabbiata sauces are pretty much the best sauces you can get at an Italian! If you go for a salad or meat/fish dish, ask for the dressing/sauce on the side so you can control how much you want.
-
I really like boiling vegetables in stock, it gives them a bit of extra flavour. (I also then really like using that water with couscous so that none of the veg juice is lost! Plus makes the couscous yummy).
-
Hehe yep you can buy them at sports shops, Decathlon are good if there's one near you? e.g. http://www.decathlon.co.uk/EN/pvc-dumbbells-2-x-3kg-4193022/# If not I'm sure any other sizeable sports shops will sell them :)

It used to be crisps but I made myself stop eating them and now I don't miss them at all!!! Now it's chocolate... but I've started allowing myself to have the little cadbury thin bars rather than the standard ones, only 110 calories. Could very easily eat out thorntons though.....!

Hey Amy, I'm from the UK too, and always up for a bit of extra motivation! Sending you a friend request :) Btw if that's you in your pic (I'm sure it is :P) you have a stunning figure!!!!! Bekah xx

Hey everyone, I started it this morning, I love it! It's tough but it flies by in no time because of how she splits it up into 3 rounds, and you always know how much time you have left on each bit. My friend's got my weights at the moment so I did it this morning with 2 bottles of wine... haha.. I think the fact that I…
