Yeah I have heard it's the tamest of the mud runs. Thanks guys.

You need to do more strength training.

Hello, I'm 32 and have 1 son. Trying to lose thirty pounds.
-
Actually it's not. And how many calories are consuming daily?
-
Fact makes it true and believe it or not some websites are actually legit. Oh and what is so legit about you opinion?
-
I would be glad to give you links to numerous articles stating so.
-
Actually all calories are not the same. Do some research.
-
For your meals. We can sit here and go back and forth, it won't make a difference. You can have your opinion and I mine.
-
You can have a cheat meal and still lose weight. You can't eat ice cream all day everyday and expect to lose weight.
-
blood sugar still affects people whether diabetic or not
-
Umm, yes it does matter. Not all calories are the same. If you want to lose weight you will need to ease off the sugar. And remember sometimes you might not see a drop on the scale right away, it does take time. But again if you are eating bad foods then you will not see any progress.

I agree with Lisa. This is not healthy at all.
-
Okay, I am in too.
-
You should be eating them. And make you sure you are eating w/in 30 minutes after your workout.
-
Strength training will help tone you up, but you will need heavier weights than 2lbs. Also, maybe an elliptical or bicycle. I'm sure you could fine an affordable, used one on Craigslist or Ebay.
-
Sounds like a symptom of overtraining. Make sure you on your days off, you are not doing any type of exercise. And are you eating right?
-
Denise Austin has low impact dvd's. If you are wanting a dvd I suggest www.collagevideo.com. They tell you what type of exercise it is as well as what equipment is used. And you can read other's reviews of the workouts.

You are better off buying a set of dumbells. I liken this to the ab straps that send electrical impulses to your abdominals. They are just a waste of money.
-
If you have some dumbbells there are tons of exercises you can do. But, like another person replied you can also use water bottles or canned foods. Do bicep curls, shoulder raises, & tricep extensions. You can also do pushups & dips off of a bench or chair. Hope this helps!
