fit and light greek yogurt has 12 grams of protein for only 80 calories and no artificial sweeteners. lentils are great - if you cook them right they should not cause gas (but everyone's different, so who knows.)

Have you ladies tried quest bars? They are packed with protein and fiber. I like them a lot although they are expensive. Some flavors are better than others also. I like Cinnamon bun.

Those are the worst flavors, but there are others that are really delicious. I recommend cinnamon bun and vanilla almond crunch.

Try replacing the behavior. Every time you want a cookie, get up and go for a walk. Or do a chore. Or check your email. Anything to get your mind off of it.

Mine is about a 20-25 minute drive. There are closer gyms but i love the one i go to and go more often than i did when i was a member of the gym closer to my house.

I also try to stay below 100g of carbs a day. I tow the line, though, (usually getting between 100 and 150) because I don't have insulin resistance. Love these! They have high fiber which is great for women and they taste great. Cinnamon bun is off the hook and is even better when microwaved.
