I'm looking for people who login daily and/or post frequent updates.

I really like the Fiber One 90cal brownies too (heat them up for 10 seconds in the microwave and you can taste the 'real' chocolate). I also really like Progresso Light soups (beef pot roast, and new england clam chowder).

If your settings are "sedentary" and you don't normally break out a sweat/increase your heart rate similarly as you would with other forms of exercises, then log it. If you're logging it so you feel better about eating more, than you probably shouldn't log it.

Well said! It's hard when you're impatient enough to wait a week or more to weigh in, but if that's the case you need to be understand and can't expect a loss EVERY time you step on it, that wouldn't be healthy either!

I don't see why not, so long as its either unsweetened, artificially sweetened or you monitor your sugar intake as well. I'd personally try to water down my tea if that's how youre gonna add more water, also be careful of too much caffiene.

amazing difference! congratulations!

24 (for the next week or so) always up for new friends to help motivate each other. I don't delete or judge people based on what they eat, if they log everything or don't.. I know some people can be picky as to what kind of friends they want/need for support so I'm just putting it out there that I welcome anyone, 20s under…

Maybe I missed it... but nothing about drinking enough water?

I tried to post the picture for you but I was having difficulty myself. Fantastic job, definitely inspiring!

haha!

The menu has the calories printed in it (at least in New York). The best options are always the protein (dishes with fish or chicken). Don't do cream sauces. Don't eat your whole meal if you're not hungry enough, don't indulge on the salad or bread. Drink water. Also plan for it, exercise sometime before you go, so that…

If it's not too disturbing to others, you can listen to it without any earbuds in your ear. If you use a phone with a speaker that's one way, or you can crank your volume all the way up and keep your headphones around your neck. Otherwise, one earbud (NOT A NOISE CANCELLING ONE) on a lower volume.

definitely think Pink looks the best, it fits perfectly and the color looks great with your skin tone.
-
That's really amazing! Congratulations! I love seeing your dedication on my friend feed, you're very motivating. Keep up the great work :)

For me personally, I haven't really thought of it in terms of my "ULTIMATE GOAL" because It would seem far harder to lose 100lbs instead of breaking it down into increments, like first goal, 30lbs, second goal, another 20lbs and so on until I'm at a healthy weight. Not only is it easier, but also you want what you don't…

A Five Guys (burger chain) opened up literally next to my gym, a women's only gym. I see all of these bigger people (especially men) walk past the gym windows staring at the women working out as they go into the food joint (rows of cardio machines face the windows). When they look at us working out, sweating, kicking our…

Providing it's not painful, you can do air punches to boost your heart rate for cardio.

I'm not sure what this post is about, but I sure do wish I knew.

At work I try to drink three bottles, knowing the 4th bottle I'll consume at the gym. I find it is easier to drink water fast from a bottle if I pour it into a cup (one bottle is two cups) and because I am trying to drink a lot, I'll chug probably every other cup so I have an excuse to get up and walk to refill my bottle.…

Agreed. You can't do it (or not do it) for anyone other than yourself and your health. Mine recently confessed that he didn't want to praise my loss because he didn't want me to think that he thought i "HAD" to lose weight, meanwhile to me it seemed like he wasn't proud because he likes me heavier.

I take a generic version of the women's one a day from BJ's... I don't take it every day maybe once every two days or so.
-
Since you will be doing this every day, it will get easier. Take a break as you need and jump right back in. Don't give up, just keep doing the best you can and you definitely will see improvements as far as stamina and ease. It's not meant to be easy.

1200 is easier the more fresh food you eat and the more exercise you do, to add in extra calories. Switching from unhealthy habits to 1200/day with no exercise is terrible and will be VERY hard.

Dresses! I was on the search for a black leather coat and couldn't find one in my size that fit. I found one that sorta fit and now it really does fit and I have a brown companion leather coat I want to fit better.

I found somewhere on here there's a formula. That a 154lb person typically burns 503 for all three levels of it so you times your weight by 154 and divide or something. But it's circuit training.

I work in an office in Times Sq and there's a pizza restaurant (John's) that is a sit down and only serves full pies around the corner. I went and sat at the bar while waiting for my table but I didn't order drinks. The bartender asked if I wasn't ordering drinks, if we minded giving up my seat for two people waiting, so…

It's sad that you had to see your grandmother in such poor shape, but the best thing to come out of that is to be motivated to make good decisions and live healthier. It upsets me because my father went from borderline diabetic to diabetic because he eats terribly and he doesn't listen to any positive or negative…

I think you're pretty in both pictures. you certainly look like a whole new woman in your recent pictures. congratulations!
